The flagship riesling from Cave Spring from the 2019 vintage, this is a blend of tank and neutral oak barrel fermentation, all spontaneous fermentations, with a small portion fully fermented on the skins. The result is a flavourful and fragrant white wine with characteristic lime and peach notes along with some intriguing ginger and savoury notes. A compelling mix of steely and citrusy character.
